Are your clients threatened with imprisonment because they have council tax arrears?
We are interested in hearing about clients who have council tax debt and have been
- imprisoned, or
- have a suspended committal warrant, or
- have been threatened with imprisonment – at any stage of the council tax collections process.
We are interested in what happened and how it affected your client.
We would also like to hear how local authorities, magistrates courts and valuation tribunals have dealt with imprisonment and requests for council tax arrears to be remitted.
