Do you have the skills to help a small national charity successfully deliver support services to the free money advice sector? We are recruiting for the following roles:

  • Training Manager
  • IMA Administrator

 

Training Manager

– Location: Leeds city centre
– Salary: Starting at £27, 737 pro-rata, actual salary £16,642
– Term: Permanent
– Working hours: Part-time, 3 days per week
– Closing date: Midnight on Friday 16 February 2018
– Interviews: In Leeds on Tuesday 27 February 2018

The successful candidate will manage and develop IMA training, including:

a) assuring the quality of all training and managing a pool of freelance trainers
b) maintaining accreditation of specific learning programmes
c) managing training funding contracts and relationships
d) developing the Institute’s training, including its digital learning.

IMA Administrator

– Location: Leeds city centre
– Salary: £17,559 p.a. (rising to £19,779 p.a.)
– Term: Permanent
– Working hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week – job share applications are welcome
– Closing date: Midnight, Friday 2 February 2018 – applications received after this time will not be considered
– Interviews: In Leeds on Monday 12 February 2018

We are looking for an administrator with excellent organisational ability. Your strong communication, IT and interpersonal skills will play a vital part in supporting the IMA team and delivering our services. You will be able to work on your own initiative, take a pro-active approach to problem-solving, and perform effectively as part of a team.
