Virtual conference panel session
While we’re very disappointed to be unable to bring you a physical conference this year, we ran an online version of the planned conference panel session on 19 May, looking at public sector debt collection.
We were joined by the following speakers:

We are sorry to announce that we have taken the decision to cancel this year’s IMA conference, owing to the coronavirus pandemic and the restrictions recently imposed by the government. The event was due to have been held on 19 and 20 May 2020, at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole, Birmingham.
The response to the pandemic is changing daily, and it is too early to tell when restrictions on mass gatherings will be lifted. For this reason, we do not intend to re-schedule this year’s event. All being well, the next IMA conference will take place in 2021.
The IMA Trustee Board will be exploring options for holding our Annual General Meeting at a later date and we will be in touch with members in due course.
If you have booked a conference place and the invoice has not yet been paid, please let the relevant people in your organisation know that payment is no longer required. If you have already paid for your conference place, we aim to issue full refunds within the next 7-10 days.
