Introduction to the scheme
The Money Advice Service has adopted a tailored version of the IMA CPD scheme and from April 2019 this adapted scheme applies to all MAS funded debt advisers in England and Northern Ireland. IMA members already familiar with the IMA CPD scheme will find little difference between the activity requirements of the two schemes. Any activities that count under the IMA scheme will also help them satisfy the requirements of the MAS scheme.
Scheme guidance
The scheme guidance has been updated for 2019-20. There are two versions, on designed to be viewed online, the other designed to be printed. The content of both versions are the same.
