Robert wilson conf 2014Robert Wilson – Chief Executive Officer

Robert is the IMA’s CEO.  He began his advice work career as a Citizens Advice Bureau volunteer and was later employed at an independent advice centre and two local authorities.  He has been a training officer, a project manager and chair of an advice centre trustee board. Read more

 

Samantha Jones – Finance and Resources Manager

Sam deals with all aspects of the IMA finances, in addition to HR responsibilities and general office management.

Robert Halstead – Membership, Marketing and Communications Manager

Robert manages the IMA’s membership services, and oversees the institute’s marketing and communications. He is also responsible for organising the IMA’s annual conference and overseeing the IMA’s statutory responsibilities as a DRO Competent Authority.

Jessica Ridout Education and Training Manager

Jess manages the IMA’s open and in-house training programme.

Graham O’Malley – Money Advice Specialist 

Graham joined the IMA in January 2014 having worked as a Money Advice Caseworker at Leeds CAB for 7 years. Graham successfully completed the IMA’s Certificate in Money Advice Practice in 2011 and is now responsible for drafting the course material and overseeing the IMA’s CPD scheme.

Isabelle Greenstock – IMA Administrator 

As part of the IMA administration team, Isabelle is primarily responsible for the administration of the IMA’s qualifications and accreditation schemes, including CPD. She also provides administration for the IMA’s DRO Approved Intermediaries.

Karen Hall – IMA Administrator 

As part of the IMA administration team, Karen is primarily responsible for the administration of the IMA’s membership services and Quarterly Account subscriptions.
