News Review is an update on current news in the sector including announcements, launches, publications, events, key appointments and changes. This is an ideal way to keep an eye on relevant developments in the Money Advice Sector.
Feature Articles offer a real close up and detailed explanation, summary or commentary on current matters facing Money Advisers. There are usually at least three features written by people with expertise in their field, containing factual materials, references to case law, regulations, technicalities and points of law. This feature is essential to keep advisers abreast of the pertinent issues of the day.
Letters Our letters page gives readers an opportunity to voice their views. This may be in response to articles in the journal, reporting successful or unsuccessful tactics, making observations, sharing experiences or raising social policy issues. We try to publish as many letters as possible with a prize going to the best letter for each edition.
Front Line Interview, the more personal side of individuals working in or connected to the Money Advice Sector. This interview is a chance to find out more about people and their jobs.
Quarterly Quarrel is a provocative article presenting opposing perspectives on sometimes controversial issues. This is a chance to look at things in a different light and question your own assumptions. Often thinking about the unthinkable can mark the beginning of change.
Benefit Changes gives us a look at the recent changes to Welfare Benefits and those about to happen. This article highlights changes to regulations, benefits and administration procedures and gives links to sources of more information.
ABC of Money Advice provides an introduction to key aspects of money advice.
Legal Round-up summarises judgments made in the courts and decisions of key ombudsmen.
This section includes the Legislative and Regulatory Update which provides information and guidance relating to legal and regulatory reform.
